Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming business and society, rapidly becoming a core skill across industries and government. As more organisations adopt AI-driven systems to solve complex challenges, demand is growing for professionals who understand both the technology and its strategic implications. The MSc Management (Artificial Intelligence) at Swansea equips you with a solid foundation in how organisations can adopt and manage AI effectively. You will gain valuable insight into the opportunities, risks, and complexities associated with the increasing use of AI in modern businesses. Throughout the programme, you will explore fundamental AI technologies and digital ecosystems, examining how AI innovations can shape strategy, operations, and decision‑making. You will also investigate emerging digital technologies that support organisational transformation and understand their wider impact on business and society. These key skills are increasingly in demand by many organisations at a global level. In addition, you will learn about management in an interconnected global community as well as core management concepts such as managing financial resources in a digital world, sustainable operations management, managing people, and performance and marketing strategy to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management.
