Overview

PgCert Clinical Education provides the essential knowledge, skills and tools to enhance your professional development within this area of practice. The PgCert Clinical Education comprises three 20-credit modules that enable you to develop knowledge, skills and understanding within education and leadership settings. You will study part-time over six months. The course aims to develop the underpinning principles, the latest innovations and approaches to the concepts and challenges of healthcare and clinical education and leadership. It will help you use critical analysis to analyse current thinking in leadership, the impact of the changing multi-professional workforce and approaches to collaborative working. Entry requirements

You will need: Home Qualification requirements Undergraduate degree BA/BSc (Hons) in relevant field at 2:2 or above, or evidence of potential to study at Masters Level Additional requirements Relevant work experience Applicants must be able to facilitate the achievement of the assessment of competency required with an appropriately qualified supervisor and within an appropriate clinical setting.
