Overview
Build advanced research expertise and critical thinking skills in the built environment and construction project management. Designed for students and professionals who have completed the core CPM modules (120 credits), this module develops the ability to investigate current industry challenges, design robust methodologies, analyse evidence, and produce a professional research report that supports advanced study, consultancy, and evidence-based decision-making in practice.
Entry requirements
Standard Entry Requirements Relevant industry experience and/or a good honours degree. Successful completion of all four MSc Construction Project Management modules is also needed: SCM601 Construction Project Management SCM602 Built Environment Contracts and Procurement SCM603 Project Planning and Control SCM604 Risk Management English Language Requirements Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
