Overview
Spatial and interior design is an expanding field for creatives who want to transform the spaces we live, work and socialise in. Whether shaping retail environments, designing experiences for festivals and events, or pioneering co-living concepts and virtual landscapes - spatial and interior design will give you the skills to bring your visions to life. In our creative studio environment, you'll collaborate with students in architecture, graphic design, film, media, and drama - expanding your perspective and developing your creative process. You will learn through digital tools, hands-on making, and critical enquiry, gaining experience in 2D, 3D, and 4D (time-based media), as well as emerging technologies like AI. The course integrates theory, design history, and critical reflection to help you develop an informed, thoughtful, and original approach to spatial design practice. Through live projects with industry partners, research-led practice, and collaboration with other creatives and experts, you’ll develop a distinctive creative voice and a portfolio that sets you apart in the job market.
