Entry requirements
Highers - Standard entry requirements: AAAB (Maths and Physics or Engineering Science). Minimum entry requirements: BBBB (Maths and Physics or Engineering Science).
A Levels: Year 1 entry: AAB-BBB. Year 2 entry: AAA-AAB (Maths and Physics).
International Baccalaureate: Year 1 entry: 34-32 (Maths HL5, Physics HL5). Year 2 entry: 36-34 (Maths HL6, Physics HL6). A Level, Higher or HL Art & Design, Design & Manufacture or Graphic Communication recommended.
HNC/HND: Year 1 entry: relevant HNC, A in Graded Unit. Year 2 entry: relevant HND, AA in Graded Units.
IELTS (Academic): 6.0 overall (no individual band less than 5.5). TOEFL (ibt): 73 overall, with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening: 17 Reading: 18 Speaking: 20 Writing: 18.
