Overview
Adjudication Decision Writing is a fully online short course. In this course, you will learn about the key parts of a construction adjudicator's decision, how to analyse the facts and legal issues in the adjudication, and explore the legal and formal requirements for a decision.
Entry requirements
To embark on this course, applicants should have a firm background in Adjudication Law, Practice and Procedure, particularly in the UK (English or Scottish) context. This course is particularly suitable for Construction Law and Arbitration/Adjudication LLM/MSc students or recent graduates.
